Rites Thursday For R. L. MOSLEY

Funeral services for R. L. MOSLEY, 75, who died at his home here yesterday afternoon after an illness of two weeks, will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at University Baptist church with the Rev. C. A. POWELL officiating. Burial is to be in Cedar Hill cemetery under the direction of Kiker-Warren funeral home.

Born in Walter Valley, Miss., Oct. 27, 1869. Mr. MOSLEY came to Little River, Tex., in 1886 and married Louvenia MAYO at Bartlett Dec. 5, 1892. The couple moved to Winters in 1903, to Plainview in 1925, and to Abilene in 1936.

Survivors are his wife; nine children, J. H. of Junction, C. B. of Talpa Chaplain, L. G. of Washington D. C., Mrs. H. H. McGREGER of Abilene; Mrs. T. B. MITCHELL of Lockney, Mrs. R. B. REES of California, Mrs. S. S. FAIRCLOTH of Ranger, Mrs. T. J. WOMACK of Lubbock, and Mrs. Louise KEEL of Los Animas, Colo.; 17 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three brothers, Will of Petersburg, Walter of Breckenridge nd Arthur of El Paso; and two sisters, Mrs. T. J. ARCHER of Holland and Mrs. Edgar VESEY of Waco.
