Robert Snodgrass was born in Knox Co., Illinois, in 1843, son of James & Clara Snodgrass; is a successful farmer on sec. 12, Young Hickory Twp., Fulton Co., having 166 acres of land; was in the war, in Co. D, 103d. Illinois Infantry; Dec. 1, 1866 married Sarah J. Gunnett; George M., b. Dec. 22, 1870, is their only living child. P.O. Midway.
