She was born in August 1847 and died Tuesday morning, November 14, at 1:30 p.m., being 64 years and about 4 months of age. On Monday Mrs. Coppage helped do a large washing, and at the supper table that evening complained of feeling sick and continued to grow worse until 7:30 when she was stricken with paralysis. She lingered until 1:30 Tuesday morning when the final summons came. Her husband and nine children survive; thirteen children having been born to this union; also one brother, Ed Avery and one sister, Mrs. M. F. Finks to mourn the loss of a loved one who has always been a kind and esteemed friend to all who knew her. The funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 by Rev.
