Mr. Scott is the third of ten children born to the late David Palmer, Sr. and Annie Richardson Palmer. He attended Boddy High School in Millegeville, and moved to Atlanta in 1957. Mr. Palmer retired after many years as a faithful employee of Sears. He had a wonderful personality and cultivated lifelong relationships and will be terribly missed. Loving memories remain for his sons, Anthony (Bettie) Palmer, Marcell (Karen( Palmer, and Andre Palmer; his daughter, Angela P. (Buddy) Evans; grandchildren, Annette, Robin, Candiyce, Melissa, Keonna and Andriana, Jr; great grandchildren, Jayda, Jeremyah and Timothy; three brothers, Eddie (Annie) Palmer, Charlie (Marie) Palmer, and Earnest Palmer; and six sisters, Lillian Mathis, Fannie (Carl) Rush, Jannie (Lorenzo) Jackson, Alice (Melvin) Gregory, Bessie Binion and Mossie Palmer; a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
