Allen Lynn Derryberry of Panola, Oklahoma died Wednesday November 26, 2008 in Wilburton at the age of 45. Allen was born to Eira Oscar and Wanda Elaine (Adams) Derryberry March 19, 1963 in Grants, New Mexico. He graduated from Panola High School in 1981. Allen married Rebecca Cosper in 1996 at Hartshorne. He worked as the Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor at the Choctaw Nation Health Care Center in Talihina. Allen enjoyed music, reading the Bible and going to Church. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing collecting arrowheads. Allen loved Nascar races and sports and loved to make people laugh. Allen was a member of Panola Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 1, 2008 at Panola Baptist Church, Panola, Oklahoma officiated by Rev. Howard Head and Rev. Tony Randol. Interment will follow in North Rock Creek Cemetery, Red Oak, OK.
