Joseph Van Loo was born June 20, 1896 to Peter and Elizabeth Van Loo. He died January 11, 1981. On September 11 1923, he married Regina Feltrop. She was born on March 23, 1905, to Herman and Margaret Feltrop. She died on July 12, 1992. Both are buried in Folk Cemetery.

Joseph and Regina lived t Folk all of their Married life. Joseph was a farmer and Regina was a housewife. They purchased the farm previously owned by Regina's parents, Herman and Margaret Feltrop. Regina lived on this farm all her life.
