Died, Parrish, Mrs. Lucinda of Spaulding, Ill., at 8:15 a.m., Oct. 6, at St. John's hospital of complications, at the age of 55 years, 11 months and 29 days.

Surviving are: husband David Parrish; daughters, Mrs. Agnes Fields, Mrs. Beccie Bishop, Mrs. Pearl Richno, Mrs. Ada Evans and Mrs. Eva Elridge; sons, Frank, Roy and William Parrish; sisters, Mrs. Anna Miller, Mrs. Lottie Dorn, Mrs. Amanda Amadink and Mrs. Mary King; brothers, David, Thomas and Robert Jennings.

Funeral will be held from the residence of the deceased's daughter, Mrs. Theodore Evans, 1204 West Edwards street, at 2 p.m. Oct. 8. Interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
