In Jacksonville, at 10 o'clock, Wednesday morning, June 23, 1904, Miss Jessie O. Parrish, aged 19 years. The remains were brought to this city yesterday morning and were removed to the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Parrish, four and one-half miles southwest of the city on the Jacksonville road. The funeral will take place from the residence at 10 o'clock this morning, the Rev. J. E. Rogers, pastor of the Third Presbyterian church of this city, officiating. The interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery.
Besides her parents, Miss Parrish is survivied by five sisters: Mrs. Agnes Fields, Mrs. Bessie Bishop, and Pearl and Eva Parrish, and three brothers, Frank, Ray and Willie Parrish. IL State Register, Springfield, IL, 6-24-1904
