Myrle Estelle Skidmore, age 74, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2005.
Mrs. Skidmore loved her sons and grandchildren more than anything in the whole world. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Sandra Hester, Dr. Santos and the staff at Community Home Care.
Mrs. Skidmore was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Skidmore; her parents, Wredge Montgomery and Carrie Saint Montgomery; a sister, Eva Dell Green; and two brothers, Louis Montgomery and Herman Montgomery.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at Spry Memorial Chapel with Bro. Mike Smith officiating. Interment will be in Duncan Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Van Dobbs, Marty Hargett, James Montgomery, Clint Sikes, Milton Jones and Corey Nicholson.
Mrs. Skidmore is survived by four sons, (ed.-living); three brothers, Charlie Montgomery of Jasper, Tennessee, (ed.-2 living); three sisters, Edna Montgomery of Red Bay, Minnie Bell McGee of Phil Campbell, and (ed.-1 living); two grandsons, (ed.-living); three granddaughters, (ed.-living); and a host of nieces and nephews.
Spry Funeral Home assisted the family.
