Born in Sheboygan, ElRoy was a son of the late Ruben and Virgene Shanahan Jaeger.
Roy served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Air Force where he was a technician on B-52 Bombers.
In Three Rivers he lived on a hobby farm with a dozen horses and he also loved riding his motorcycle with a veteran's club and spending time with his sons.
He is survived by three sons, Chris Jaeger, Aaron (Kristen) Jaeger, Michael (Angie) Jaeger; four grandchildren, Mikayla, Dylan, Hailey and Shane. He was preceded by his two wives, Donna and Judy.
Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Cleveland, WI.
