Peter Cash (1759-1832) was born in Albemarle co.
Virginia to Stephen Cash (1730-1799)and Jemima
Grining. Peter was a soilder in the American
Revolutionary War. On June 16,1789 he married
Ann Holliday in Amhearst co.,Va. They had three
sons and four daughters. In the late 1700's and
early 1800's. Peter and four of his Cash brothers moved from Va to Georgia. Peter and his brothers William and James, settled in Tucker, Dekalb co.,Ga. Brothers Howard and John moved to Elbert co.,Ga. Peter is buried at Fellowship Primitive Baptist Cemetery in Tucker, Ga.
