Wells Belcher
Inman-Wells Belcher, 88, husband of Nora High belcher of Route 7, died Thursday night in Spartanburg General Hospital after a long illness.
Native of Spartanburg County; son of the late Elias and Polly Ann Bishop Belcher; retired doorkeeper at the S.C. House of Representatives, a farmer; charter member of New Pisgah Baptist Church.
Also surviving sons, Leonard and Thad Belcher of Inman Route 7; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
Services 3 today at New Pisgah Baptist Church; burial in church cemetery.
