White Oak - Services for Travis O. Owens, 64, of White Oak will be 4 p.m. Tuesday in Welch Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Richard Jones officiating. Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery. He died Sunday in Good Shepherd Medical Center.
A lifetime resident of White Oak, he was an installer for Harris Fence Company and a former employee of the White Oak Water Dept. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist church.
