COOPER — Ray A. Acker, 75, of Mabank died Monday, Feb. 27, 1995, at his home.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 2, at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Larry Maynard officiating. Delta Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.

Mr. Acker was born in Dike, Hopkins County, Jan. 25, 1920, a son of J.A. and Annie May Young Acker. He served in the Army during World War

Surviving are a son, Gary Robert Acker of Grand Prairie; a daughter, Rayda Margaret Graves of Grand Prairie; two brothers, Noble Acker of Arlington and Julius Jr. Acker of Mansfield; two sisters, Julia May Schultz of Houston and Ruby Dale Cerovski of Midwest City, Okla.; and two grandchildren, Steven Robert Acker and Thomas Ray Acker.
