Lillie (or Lily) Hicks was the second daughter and fifth child of Benjamin Willis Hicks and Isabella Jane Crews. She married James T. Cozart on 08 Feb 1888 and they had two children - James T. Cozart and Helen Elizabeth Cozart (Davis). She died young leaving James a widower.
