The funeral service celebrating the life on Mrs. Margaret Rouse will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2008, 11:00AM at James Chapel AME Church, 1550 Mulberry Street, Charleston. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, North Charleston. Visitation for Mrs. Rouse will be held at The Palmetto Mortuary on today from 3:00PM 5:00PM and at the church from 6:00PM 8:00PM. The family hour will be from 7:00PM 8:00PM.
