Marv was a retired plumber for the Local Union Number 5, Washington, D.C. He graduated in 1959 from Northern High School, and he was in the Army from 1959 to 1962. He was a member of the American Legion Post Number 11 and the PTSA at Thomas Johnson High School.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; one son; three daughters; three brothers; two sisters; and his stepmother.
He was a son of the late Vernon Clay and Bessie Gertrude (Wilburn) Beachy. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Carl R. Beachy, Eugene D. Beachy, and Ronald L. Beachy; and one sister, Janet (Beachy) Carroll.
