Obituary: Florence Nobles
Florence Louise Nobles, 58, of Shady Oakes, died at 4:45 am Sunday at her residence after a long illness. Service will be held at 2 pm Monday at Elliott-Hamil Chapel of Faith, Highway 277.

The Reverend Charles Whittle, pastor of First United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in the Tecumseh Cemetery.

She was a lifetime resident of Oplin. She was a member of First Methodist Church of Oplin.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Jones, 4114 S. 20th; a brother, James Poindexter of 2318 Matador; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Charley Straley, Johnny Dean Straley, Buddy Breeding, Johnny Stewart, Lowell Johnson, and A. C. Yandall.
