She united with the church at an early age, Mrs. Reed was a member of the Stewardess Society, and active in other religious activities in Saint Luke's I.M.E. church.
She leaves to mourn her passing 5, sisters; Mrs. Mary Charles, Mrs. Minnie Wiley, Mrs. Alberta Herndon, Mrs. Rosie Warick, Mrs. Emma York, all of Huntsville; 2 brothers, Mr. James Lacy of Houston, Mr. Edd Lacy of Huntsville and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
