George W. Turnpaw was a pioneer resident of Tarpon Springs, Florida. He died in the evening, Wednesday, Nov. 2, 1921. The cause is given as as stroke. He was born and raised in Cincinnati. As a young man, he married and later became the father of four children. He had moved to Tarpon Springs with his family in 1884.
He became ill at home and died despite medical attention. Very high esteemed in the town, he was mourned by all who knew him.
