Of Broomfield, died May 13 in Boulder. Services were May 18, with burial at Highland Cemetery. Mr. Bruchez was born in Weldona on May 19,1916. He married Margaret E. Westhoff, 1947.
He served in the Navy from 1942 10 1945 on the USS Alhena-AKA--9. He was a heavy equipment operator.
He was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Local Operators Associate Union No. 9.
Survivors include sons Phil and Robert, both of Broomfield; eight grandchildren.
