Mrs. Sarah Claypool aged seventy five, widow of the Rev. J. H. Claypool, a pioneer Methodist clergyman, died Wednesday at the home of her daughter in Michigan City. Her husband had pastored at Danville, Delphi, Michigan City, Goodland and Lafayette. The remains of Mrs. Claypool were taken to Lafayette and interred in Greenbush cemetery. Short services were conducted at the grave by L. C. Buckies.
