Ronald C. Hubbard, 79, of Broadus died Thursday at the Holy Rosary Hospital to which he was admitted De. 20.
Funeral services were held Tuesday in the First Baptist Church at Broadus with Rev. Foster Shepard officiating. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery.
Mr. Hubbard was born at Charles City, Iowa, March 17, 1891. He came to Broadus area in 1918 from North Dakota. He homesteaded and ranched until retiring in 1960.
He was married in Broadus in 1945 to Adeline Neiman.
Surviving are his widow; two sons, Leon R. Hubbard of Fallon and William N. Hubbard of Reno, Nev.; one daughter, Mrs. Donna Luaderdale, Gila Bend, Ariz.; and six grandchildren.
Also surviving are three brothers, Dick of Merrill, Ore., Mark of Phoenix, Ariz., and Stewart of Minneapolis, Minn.; and four sisters, Mrs. Anstis Anderson and Mrs, Nell Anderson, both of Minnesota; Mrs. Bernice Coleman of Kansas City. Mo., and Mrs. Mary Ames of St. Paul, Minn.
Pallbearers were Orval Mann, Jay Neiman, Hubbert Rumph, L. R. Hubbard, Francis Osgood and Kenneth Deitchler.
Graves Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements."
