She was born Thursday, November 22, 1923 in Kehoe, KY, to Tollie and N. Maye (Kiser) Wright and they preceded her in death. Mildred married Elmer Wicker on February 5, 1945. He preceded her in death on January 8, 1977.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Mrs. Millard (Janice Sue) Hagerman of Carey, OH, and Mrs. Kent (Donna) Smith of Carey, OH, 2 brothers, Curtis Wright of Greenville, MI, and E.J. Wright of Upper Sandusky, OH, a sister, Violet Messer of Tucson, AZ, 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, and 1 step great-granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Hobert and Gary Wright and a sister Dora Conner.
Mildred enjoyed doing crafts, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She worked at Westinghouse Corporation in Upper Sandusky for 12 years.
She was of the Baptist Faith.
Friends will be received 2-4 and 6 - 8 p. m., Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at the STOMBAUGH-BATTON FUNERAL HOME in Carey.
