at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
He was born on July 27, 1954 in Peoria to Vincent "Bud" and Lois Ruth (Settles) Hall.
Surviving are 3 children Michael Hall Jr. of Canton, Jennifer Hall and Pamela Jean (Brandon) Begner both of Chillicothe, 2 brothers David of Elmwood and Thomas of Peoria, 1 sister Sharon Hall of Elmwood, and 4 grandchildren Morgan, Dakota, Connor and Lacy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother Floyd Hall "Buddy", 1 half brother Robert, and 2 sisters Mary Eleanor Wheeler and Roberta Foster.
Michael was a CNA working for the Lutheran Home and private home care worker for many years. He was a volunteer for the Salvation Army and the Alzheimer's Association.
He loved being involved in politics and just talking about it.
