Funeral services were held Monday at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church for Mrs. Kate Hine, 74, who died Sunday at 3 p.m. in the Athens-Limestone Hospital. Burial was in the City Cemetery, McConnell-Service directing.
Mrs. Hine is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Betty Rice, Athens; a brother, William Crawford of Decatur; and three sisters, all of Birmingham.
