Luella P. Richael, 96, of Fort Myers, Florida, formerly of New Castle, passed away the evening of February 5, 2016 at Calusa Harbour Senior Living.
Born November 17, 1919 in New Castle, she was a daughter of Clare and Ethel Nelson Pollock.
She was preceded in death on May 19, 2000 by her husband of 61 years, Alton Richael, whom she married March 10, 1939.
Luella was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church where she attended the Sparklers Bible study and the Ethel Hurst Sunday school class. After moving to Florida, she attended the McGregor Baptist Church in Fort Myers.
She is survived by two daughters, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Pollock.
Visitation will be held on Saturday from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 2429 Wilmington Road, New Castle.
A funeral service will take place immediately following visitation at 2:00 at the funeral home with Rev. John Yergan officiating.
Burial will be in Unity Baptist Cemetery.
