Fred Zebell, of Saint Joseph, Michigan has received word of the death of his sister, Mrs. J. T. Minnich, of Dallas, Oregon. Mrs. Minnich died March 1st, following a major operation, at the hospital there. Mrs. Minnich was born in Saint Joseph on June 9, 1883. She was married to John Thomas Minnich, of Saint Joseph, in 1808, at which time they moved to Dallas where they have since resided. The couple visited relatives and friends in Michigan last September.
Surviving are the husband; three children, Dorothy and Lester, of Dallas, and Coy, of Salem; three sisters, Mrs. Earl Robinson, Bend, Oregon, Mrs. Jacob Geisler, Coloma, Michigan, Mrs. James Veen, Palmetto, Florida; two brothers, Reuben Zebell, Benton Harbor, and Fred Zebell, St. Joseph.
Funeral rites were held Thursday in Dallas, with burial in the I. O. O. F. cemetery, there.
