Born October 17, 1933 in Midvale, to Floyd George and Hazel May Alsop Tapp. Married Rose Jensen in Coalville, September 5, 1952. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was owner of a pipline construction company. He loved to watch his sons play ball. His greatest love was being with his family. He enjoyed car racing.
Survived by his wife; sons and daughters; Victor Don Tapp, Todd William Tapp, Donald George Tapp Jr., serving LDS mission in Indiana, Aaron Garth Tapp, Mrs. Christy Smith, Mrs. Laurie Hoelzer, Mrs. Jamie Richins, Elisabeth Tapp; father; brothers; Jack and Steve; sister, Connie Whitworth; sixteen grandchildren and an uncle Roy "who was a brother". Preceded in death by his mother and two brothers.
