Farm Employee Found Dead
Carl J. Sacks, about 51, was found dead alongside Kramm Rd., about two miles east of Kickapoo at 5:45 PM Thursda. Employed at the George Hanlin farm, Mr. Sacks had been cutting weeds with a knife along the fence.
When he did not return to the house for the evening meal, a search revealed that he had been stricken while at work.
Coroner Chauncey Wood is making an investigation.
A brother, Herman Sacks, lives at Brimfield.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Wilton Mortuary, 2101 N. Knoxville Ave.
