Mr. Clyde Peyton Balch, 56, Athens Rt. 3, died Monday evening at his home.
Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. at Mcconnell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roy T. McElhaney officiating. Burial will follow in the Athens City Cemetery.
Mr. Balch is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie Balch, Athens; two daughters, Anna Gayle Balch and Mrs. Naomi Lovell, both of Athens; three sisters, Mrs. Nellie Brown, Decatur, and Mrs. Sara Heidt and Mrs. Hazel Frye, both of Athens; one brothers, Horace Balch, Tanner; two grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Mr. Balch was a lifelong resident of Limestone County and was a farmer in the Tanner community.
