Philomena "Philly" Caruso Annunziato, 84, of Southwest Philadelphia, died March 9.She was born, reared and educated in Southwest Philadelphia and resided there most of her life. She was formerly employed by Breyers Ice Cream and Pedrick's Piston Rings in Philadelphia. Mrs. Annunziato enjoyed cooking for her family and chatting on the phone with them on a regular basis. She was a former parishioner of St. Iranaeus Catholic Church in Southwest Philadelphia.

Mrs. Annunziato was the widow of Domenick G. Annunziato, who died March 2.

She was the daughter of the late John and Antoinette Caruso and stepdaughter of the late Philomena Caruso. She was also the sister of the late Augustine Caruso, Margaret Marcucci, John Caruso and Thomas Caruso.

Survivors: Sons, Joseph Annunziato of Westville Grove, N.J., John A. Annunziato of Media; sisters, Jean Savine of Broomall, Rosemarie Johnston of Havertown, Mary Lechner of Las Vegas, Nev., Grace Damis of Wallingford, Nether Providence; brother, Anthony Caruso of Chester County; two grandsons.

Mass: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Divine Mercy Church, 7300 Grovers Ave., Philadelphia.

Visitation: 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at the church.

Burial: Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon.
