Eliza was the daughter of Joseph Jean and Martha Ligon Pamplin. She married William Lowe in 1880 in present day Monroe, Le Flore, OK. Residing with her daughter at her time of death in Red Oak she was interred with an unmarked stone between her mother buried with a headstone marked Martha L. Burkhart and her husband William's unmarked stone.
