Funeral services will be held at noon Monday, May 5, 2008 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Crowley for Belton Paul Boullion, 73, who died Friday,
May 2, 2008 at Lafayette General Medical Center. Fr. Matthew Higginbotham, pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum.
Mr. Boullion was a retired insurance agent for National Life and Accident Insurance Company after 34 years of service. He was also a veteran of the United States Air Force and a member of VFW Harold Bossley Post 6720.
Visitation will be observed from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday, May 4, 2008 at Geesey-Ferguson Funeral Home in Crowley and again on Monday morning from 8 a.m until services. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Irma Jane Faulk Boullion of Crowley; four sons, Steven Paul Boullion and his wife, Leona of Lafayette, Ronald Wayne Boullion and his wife, Linda, Kenneth James Boullion and his fiance', Laura Thomas, and Roderick Joseph Boullion and his wife, Suzette, all of Crowley; two sisters, Eunice Mouton and Addie Melancon and her husband, J.P., all of Lafayette; two brothers, Victor Bouillion and his wife, Theresa, and Davis Bouillion and his wife, Ima, all of Lafayette; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mr. Boullion was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Celeman Alleman Bouillion; two brothers, Houston and Odey Bouillion, and a sister, Sadie B. Prejean.
