Brady L. Bowersock, 82, of 144 West 4th Street died Thursday at 1:55 p.m. at the City Hospital after a lingeing illness.
He was born Dec. 1, 1887, in Washington County, Ohio a son of Albert Bowersock and Lovina Jane Pierce Bowersock. He had resided here most of his life, with the exception of the period from 1942-1959, when he was in California. He was a retired jiggerman and was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the East Liverpool Area Senior Citizens Club and an honary member of the IBOPAW, his wife, Mrs. Margaret Lish Bowersock, died in 1958.
He had been a door man at the Mary Patterson Memorial.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. John (Grace) Hoff, with whom he resided; a brother Clarence E. (Bill) Bowersock of Calcutta, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Dawson Funeral Home by the Rev. Lawrence Crawford of the church. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park.
Friends may call this afternoon and tonight and Saturday up to the time of service at the funeral home, where the Senior Citizens will conduct services to night at 6:30 p.m.
