'Word was received here Thursday morning that S.F. Freeman died at his home at Zack at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, after a short illness from erysipelas and other complications. Mr. Freeman was a merchant at Zack, where he had been in business for a number of years. He is survived by his widow.
The funeral services will be held today (Friday) and interment will be in the Marshall cemetery.
Mr. Freeman was a nephew of S.R. Reece of Marshall.'
