Mr. Devall was a retired Major after serving 21 years in the U S Army. Survivors include three daughters; two sons; and 4 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Evelyn Smith, Greenville, SC.
Funeral services will be at 11 am Tuesday in the chapel of M L Ford and sons Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Calvin Todd. Interment will be in Woodside Cemetery, Clover, SC. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm Monday at the funeral home.
