Walter Campbell, 93 of Advance, died February 5, 1994 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born March 16, 1900 in Bollinger County, son of William and Lucinda (Shiverdeck) Campbell.
He married Emma Dennison May 15, 1926. She preceded him in death.
Survivors are a son, Walter Campbell, Jr. of East Alton, IL; two daughters, Evelene Haven of East Alton, IL; Ermol Lansdon of Bethalto, IL; , 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-children.
One daughter, Helen Miller; two brothers, and two sisters preceded him in death.
Services will be Wednesday at Morgan Funeral Home with burial in Berrong Cemetery near Gypsy.
