Mrs. George E. Flint Sr., 79, of 1424 S. Willard Ave., died early this morning in Mercy Hospital where she had been a patient the past month.
The former Florice E. Parr was born June 20, 1891, in Stoughton and was married there in 1908. Mr. Flint died in 1942. She had lived here since 1918 and was a member of the VFW and GAR auxiliaries and attended the Church of Christ, Roxbury Road.
Surviving are six sons, Llewllyn, Robert, George, Louis, Eugene and Jack, all of Janesville; six daughters, Mmes. Edison Erdman, Gordon Bushaw, Frank Korban, Raymond Cantwell and Raymond Spaulding, all of Janesville, and Mrs. Courtlyn Jorgensen of Middleton; 23 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the church with burial in Milton Lawns Memorial Park.
