Daughter of Jacob Landis (Landes) and Sarah Clemens. Married John William Mouser in Wood County, Ohio. Moved from Ohio to Isabella County, Michigan in 1857 or 1858. Her husband left for the war in 1862, leaving her with three small children in the wilderness. We believe she returned to Ohio to stay with family there. Mother of six, including James, Daniel, and Sarah (and their spouses), all of whom are buried in Fritz Cemetary. My great-great grandmother.
