Anna was born April 2, 1918 in North Dakota and died May 4, 1991 in Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin at the age of 73.

She was the daughter of Erhart L Accola and Myrtle Lavina Kime.

Anna was the sister of Horace (born abt 1918 in ND), Bessie, Mabel Lois [27 Apr 1925-17 Oct 1925], and Alma/Alicia Frances (born 1927).

Anna was called by her middle name Blanche, probably in an effort to distinguish her from her namesake, her grandmother Anna Blanche Kime.

According to her sister Alma, when Blanche was quite young she was jumping on a bed and fell, hitting her head, and was in a coma for a couple months. The brain damage she sustained from that accident resulted in her being mentally handicapped for the remainder of her life. She spent most of her life in institutional homes.
