Born March 6, 1969, in Ardmore to Harold Ray and Ann Parker Caudle, he passed from this life on Aug. 18, 2008, in Champlin, Minn. He married Angela Shellenberger in Ogden, Utah, on March 9, 2001.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Myrtle Jones, Otis and Dovie Parker and Herbert Caudle.
Casey worked as a Forensic Analyst for the Target Corporation. He had formerly served on the Ardmore Police Department, Carter County Sheriff's Department and Norman Police Department, Criminal Investigations Division. He was a member of several organizations including the International Association for Identification and Scientific Working Group on Imaging Technologies.
Survivors include his wife and best friend in the world, Angela Caudle, of the home; his parents, of Ardmore; his in-laws, F.A. "Butch" and Wanda Shellenberger; two daughters, Emily Caudle, of Sulphur, and Kaelie Caudle, who called him "Ga Ga," of the home; two sons, Cole Caudle, of Sulphur and Shelby Smith, of the home; one sister, Sherry Kendrick and her husband, Don, of Gene Autry; one brother, Joe Caudle and his wife, Audrey, of Sulphur; and grandfather, O'Dell Jones.
Bearers will be Steven A. Lucus, Craig Thrane, Robert Wasaski, Rick Lautendach, Andrew Schriever and Brad "Big Country" Arnold. Honorary bearers will be Jason Simpson, Virgil Page, members of the Norman Police Department Honor Guard and Target team members.
The family requests donations be made to Bancfirst, in the name of Angela Caudle, for their childrens' education fund.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today in the Craddock Funeral Home.
