The death of Elmer G. Fremion, 48, of Fort Wayne, who was found unconscious at 7:30 a. m. Tuesday beside a coal conveyor in the yards of the Ace Coal company in Fort Wayne, was due to electrical shock, Dr. D. R. Benninghoff, deputy Allen county coroner, reported after an investigation. Burns were found on Fremion's neck and arm. J. J. Reed, manager of the coal company, told police he discovered Fremion a half hour after he had reported for work. Fremion had started the electric conveyor to remove coal from a railroad car.
