Born July 29, 1926 in Manchester, Georgia to Theodore Hubert and Mary Jane (Mollie) Carver Strickland. Married Robert "A" Walsh, March 26, 1942 in the Salt Lake Temple.
Survived by children: Emma Dee Bogue, Robert A. Walsh, Raymond L. Walsh, Nancy A. Walsh, Vaughn S. Walsh, Tracy N. Walsh, and Mary J. Walsh; 19 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother, Theodore Hubert Strickland Jr. Preceded in death by husband and both parents.
Funeral services were Monday, June 16, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. at East Millcreek 1st Ward, 2702 E. Evergreen Avenue. Friends and family called Sunday from 5-7 p.m. at Holladay Cottonwood Mortuary, 4670 Highland Drive and Monday from 9-10:00 a.m. prior to services at the church. Interment was in the East Side Cemetery, Salina, Utah, Monday afternoon.
