Laura was born in Blue River, Hancock County,Indiana. On December 28,1888 Miss Laura Edna Wilson (Rhodes) married George W. Rhodes with whom she made life's pilgrimage for more than 40 years. Nine children came to bless their home. Three of them passed away in infancy. Those still living and present today are two sons, Cecil and Russell Rhodes, of Carthage, and four daughters, Mrs. Cora Lindamood of Hagerstown; Mrs. Bessie Meredith of near Kennard; Mrs. Oma Webb, of Carthage, and Mrs. Leona Bonigar of Shirley. Besides the husband and children, she leaves 15 grandchildren and one great-grandson.

This was my great-grandmother. I took this information from the obit of George W Rhodes. I don't know if this is the correct cemetery.
