Mrs. Hedvig Anderson Dies at 76; Long Ill

Mrs. Hedvig O. (Eden) Anderson, age 76, of 684 Plain St., widow of August R. Anderson, died eary this morning at her home. She had been in failing health for two years.
Mrs. Anderson was born in Sweden and had resided in this city 50 years. She was devoted to her home and family. She had been a member of the First Lutheran Church for many years, also of the Martha Guild. She was a member of Enighet Lodge, VO, and Unity Lodge, SFA.
She is survived by two sons, Henry R. Anderson of this city and Harold W. Anderson of East Bridgewater; four daughter, Mrs. Frank W. (Lillian) Johnson, Mrs. Hollis T. (Ellin E.) Holbrook, Mrs. Everett L. (Esther H.) Lundin and Mrs. Walter A. (Ethel M.) Buck, all of this city; 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Hjalmar Eden of Idaho, and Oscar Eden in Norway; one sister, Mrs. Elin Eklund, in Sweden, also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the First Lutheran Church Chapel. Rev. Sigurd L. Hanson, associate pastor of First Lutheran Church, will officiate, and interment will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
