Louis W. Hintermeister, 76, of 710 W. 3rd St., Davenport, died Sunday at Veteran's Hospital, Iowa City. Services will be Wednesday at the Runge Chapel. Burial will be in National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal.
Mr. Hintermeister was born in Muscatine. He married Ann Kumm. He had been employed at the S and L and the Syndicate Hub Clothing Stores.
Among the survivors are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Carl Rigg, Bettendorf; a son, Richard B., California, and two grandchildren.
