ROY BOOKOUT
Springdale-- Roy Bookout, 42, of 1313 S. Crutcher, died today in the Springdale hospital. Born, Oct. 25, 1925 at Johnson, the son of James A. and Annabell Guess Bookout, he was a mechanic and a veteran of World War II. Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Reba Roles Bookout of the home; two daughters, Linda Kay and Patricia Lynne, both of the home; four brothers, Earl, Ralph and Lloyde all of Springdale and A.L. of Warner, Okla. and two sisters, Miss Pearl Bookout of Springdale and Mrs. Ada Hood of Warner. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Phillips chapel Frewill Baptist Church with burial in friendship Cemetery under direction of Sisco Funeral Service.
