Henry "Hank" Harrison Howe was the son of James Issac Howe and Ada (Henry) Howe. He married Elsie Fay Getter on April 23, 1937. They had six children, five girls and one boy. Henry H. Howe, of Summerfield, Florida, age 70, died Sunday, June 2, 1985 in Munroe Regional Medical Center, Ocala, Florida following an extended illness. Born In Eaton Rapids, he moved to Summerfield 10 years ago from Lansing and was a retired diesel truck mechanic from Reo Motor. He was a member of Sunnyside Christian Center of Ocala. Survivors include his wife, Elsie of Summerfield; a son, Robert of Lansing; 5 daughters, Sylvia Feazel of Mason, Connie Foster of Lansing, Patricia Foster and Cathleen Decker, both of Summerfild and Sheila Bryant of Oklawaha, Florida; 2 brothers, Harry and Harold both of Eaton Rapids; 3 sisters, Margaret Porter and Hazel Sheader of Eaton Rapids and Myrtle Hilliard of Dimondale; 25 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Friday, June 7 at 2 p.m. in Good Shepherd Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Marvin Kannegeiter officiating. Burial was in Good Shepherd Gardens.
