Margaret Howe was the 10th and last child born to James Issac and Ada (Henry) Howe. She was married to Ivane (Pat) E. Gibbs on February 10, 1940 in Eaton Rapids, Eaton County, MI. They were only married for a very short time before divorcing. She then met and married Horace Payson Porter and they were married on June 27, 1962 in Royal Oak, MI. She also was an employee at the Chrysler Corporation as well as her husband. She helped out at Shelly O'Dell Funeral Home in Eaton Rapids as well. Margaret passed away at the age of 85 on Monday, July 11, 2005. Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. at the Rosehill Cemetery, Eaton Rapids. Arrangements by Shelly-ODell Funeral Home.
